Registration begins at 4:30pm. The sale begins at 5:30pm. The auction will take place at the property (829 Bayview Avenue, Twin Lakes, WI 53181).

BROKER PARTICIPATION: A 2.4% commission will be paid to any properly licensed buyer’s Broker who registers the successful buyer according to the Broker Participation Guidelines. Broker registration forms are available from the Auction Information Center. Forms must be completed and returned no later than 48 hours prior to the auction.

BUYER’S FEE: A five-percent (5%) Buyer’s Fee will be added to the winning bid price to arrive at the total contract price paid by the purchaser.

PROPERTY TOUR:
An auction representative will be available on-site, September 15, 17, 23 from 5:00pm to 6:00pm
