AUCTION METHOD: If a property contains multiple tracts they will be offered individually, in combinations and as a whole. The property will be sold in the manner resulting in the highest total sales price.
REGISTRATION: Onsite bidder registration will begin one hour before the auction. Phone bidders must be registered directly through our office 48 hours prior to auction day. Registration for online absentee bidding (pre-auction only) is open now. All bidders must provide a valid driver’s license and current address. ONLINE ABSENTEE BIDDING (Pre-auction only): Bidders may elect to place absentee bids online prior to the opening of the live auction. Online absentee pre-bidding will end 24 hours prior to the start of the live auction. The highest absentee pre-bids will be taken into the live auction as the opening bids on applicable tracts and combinations. Bidders who placed absentee bids online in advance of the auction who also wish to bid in the live auction must follow the registration requirements above for onsite or phone bidding. No live online bidding will be offered.
DOWN PAYMENT: The successful bidder(s) shall be required to make a 5% non-refundable down payment of the total purchase price immediately following the close of bidding. Cash, cashier’s check or personal/business check will be accepted from onsite bidders. Bank wire will be required from phone or online absentee bidders.
