Branson, MO

Located right in the heart of the United States, Branson is the shopping hub for the region and an entertainment mecca for the nation. It combines the advantages of a small town lifestyle with the convenience, amenities, educational opportunities and available workforce of a major city. A growing population of 75,000 year-round residents calls the area home and over 7 million people visit annually.

Table Rock Lake

…stands apart from other regional lakes because of its pristine shoreline (nearly 800 miles) and sparkling water (52,300 acres). Development standards have placed a high priority on preserving the scenic beauty and natural shoreline, bluffs and forests. Table Rock is nationally recognized as a top bass fishing lake and its clear waters make it a natural playground for boaters, skiers, parasailers and even divers.

Note from the Auctioneer:

The sellers of these two properties have elected to narrow their focus to the residential portion of this development. As they continue to develop Parkview Terrace Estates, they have decided to sell these two outstanding 25-acre tracts with no reserve.  With combined previous list prices of nearly $2.5 million, the opportunity to buy these parcels at absolute auction is remarkable. Log on and bid your price!

Drive the property at your leisure.

All bidding will take place online at www.CatesAuction.com.  Bidding opens on both tracts Wednesday, Nov. 6th at 7:00 pm and will begin to close Wednesday, Nov. 13th at 7:00 pm.  (“Soft close” feature automatically extends the bidding when a bid is placed in the last two minutes.)  Need help?
