Auctioneer’s Note:

What a pleasure to work with Crown Center to complete the successful Santa Fe Place Condominium project. Unlike so many recent condo developments around town, this is a well-established and stable urban community, with 95 units already sold. In order to sell the final 15 residences before the end of the year, the developer has set reserves at HALF of the most recent asking price! These units will be sold at or above those published reserves. No messing around! Join us at the Hyatt on November 20th and bid your price on the unit(s) of your choice!

A special note to Realtors:

Make the most of this opportunity! Your condo buyers won’t find a better deal in Kansas City than the Santa Fe Place auction on November 20th. The seller is offering a 2% commission (calculated on the high bid) to properly registered agents representing successful buyers. Download the required Broker Participation Form above or call our office. (The form can be found by scrolling up and clicking on the “Documents” button on the right.)
