Hooray for CATES!  Needless to say I was delighted with all that happened in the auction of my lake home.  The advertising was extensive and thorough; your staff was so courteous and upbeat and knowledgeable; the day of the auction was like a giant party--an atmosphere of anticipation, the aroma of brats and hamburgers filling the air, and many happy people checking out all the items up for auction.  The auctioneer was superb--he actually brought in more than I had hoped.  Thank you all for your fine work!  All my friends were very interested in this way of selling a home and they were extremely pleased with the outcome of my home!
