I was very confident in recommending Cates Auction Company for this property and I was not dissapointed with any aspect of our combined efforts. In spite of the relatively slow market, we had about forty people at the auction, twelve registered bidders, and five who actually participated in the auction itself.

My experience with Cates Co: Truly professional in every step of the way. The presentation and marketing proposal to the seller was extremely well done. Communication with me was outstanding and left no question unanswered. The marketing money was very well spent with high quality saturation exposure. The Open Houses that I held resulted in several great leads that I will continue to work. The day of the Auction they showed up with a complete crew. Set up a sound system with music prior to the auction. In addition you could watch the Auction live and bid via the internet. The final bidder was actually bidding from their KC office connected to the Auction via telephone. We had a reserve set prior to the Auction and were very pleased that the final bid price of $1,785,000.00 exceeded the reserve. To sum this up, I have never seen a more professional Auction process.
