About Financing

Most auctions provide for at least 30 days between the date of the auction and the closing date to allow for financing to be finalized, if necessary. (Each auction's terms & conditions will give the precise amount of time.) Note that financing is not a contingency of an auction sale, so it is important to know your financing options prior to bidding. If you are the high bidder it is critical to begin finalizing your financing arrangements immediately following the auction.
